To our readers:

President’s Message

The year is winding down.  Those holiday parties are nearly over.  A new year is looming before us.  Will it pass as fast last?  Keep the joy of the holiday season flowing by joining us in the beautiful setting at Knox’s Silver Valley Supper Club.  Enjoy another inspiring talk by Greg Gauthier.  Greg always has some interesting, usable information to share with us.

Keep in mind those less fortunate and contact any board member if you have positions open in your companies.

Be sure and check out the MRP class being given my Michael Ford.  Michael is a lively, humorous teacher who keeps your interest and gives you practical information you can use in everyday experience.

Volunteer work is very rewarding, especially when doing it together with others who are as dedicated as the Shoreline Chapter Board.  Please join us for our monthly business meetings, the first Tuesday of every month at LTC.  The time is 6:00 and dinner is provided.  We are looking for a Vice-President and Historian.  Come join us and see how much fun it is!

Presentation Abstract: The Rise of the Elephant and the Dragon

Everyday we're touched by products or services from China and India. Together these giants account for more than a third of the world's population and their impact of their industrialization has been felt globally. This presentation will go beyond the current economics to look at the events and circumstances that lead to their rise, the challenges they face and the impact it could have on all of us.
